Ubuntu CD VS DVD Edition?

Hello all,

I was just wondering what was the difference between the Ubuntu CD and the DVD edition.

By what I can see you have to buy the DVD edition (https://shop.canonical.com/product_info.php?products_id=202&osCsid=02ff5a2ea056cdf980036ae22e382b0b)

Anyone no what is so special about the DVD edition?
It also looks like you can't download the DVD edition.

you CAN download the DVD edition. i did. but it is rather pointless unless you are going to be using it on systems where internet access is either <56Kbps or non existent.

if you boot it up it is exactly like the CD edition but it has the .debs of a lot of other packages as well so you can install them later.

its basically a repo on a disk.
