Some of it you can do yourself. It would require high speed internet. I would be wary of installing anything like that which needs chmod to work.

The website doesn't make a too legit impression, but I wouldn't dare judge it isn't.

However, such a tool seems quite unnecessary anyway.

i have not installed it just making sure i have made some optimising changing manually in my firefox long time before

Why don't you contact the author and get the source code if not published on the website?
