Not abel to install SAGE

I downloaded the tar file for the software SAGE...
Now I am clueless as to how to install it..

After extracting the folder, inside there are some sh files like sage, install..
After running in terminal, the terminal momentarily appears and then vanishes...

I think he means Sage the accountancy program used in windows by lots of firms to run their accounts
