I'm a junior in high school, I've got my A+ certification, this year in class we are training for Network+, and the school will pay for me to take the exam. However, I want to have a Linux certification behind me, and Linux+ seems like the best place to start for someone like me. I'll have to privately study and earn money to take the exam, but the thing is I don't know what to study. My teacher own't let me use his software for it, and I can't find any good preps online. I don't really have the money for a book but if I must get one than I will.

What do you suggest I use to prepare for the test?

What do you suggest I use to prepare for the test? 1) Good job. I admire and encourage you in your endeavours.

2) Go to Google and search for "linux+ filetype: pdf" (without the quotes or the space between the : and pdf -- had a smiley problem) and you will find several good study guides and probably a book or two that you can download.

/* Unrelated, but cool to me. This is my 999th post. */
