hi everybody.
There's someone who hacked my brother's hotmail, and chating with contacts asking for mobile recharge cards.
So, i need your help, to change or hack the password of my brother's e-mail or at least freeze his e-mail to stop this fraud.
Hope not to be warned or alerted for this thread.

Some email providers ask you for personal data(favorite movie, favorite pet's name, etc) to request your lost password. I don't know whether hotmail has got this service, though.

The hacker , has changed the secret answer and change the alternative e-mail.

There's a software called "icecold" or something like that which can freeze hotmail.do anybody have idea about that?

Inform all of his contacts of the problem and contact the site (or whatever contact information they have) to stop the account.
