I have a second keyboard which i use for typing in Latvian and have stickers on the keys, and the language bar for Windows Xp for toggling between English and Latvian. The problem is that on the Latvian keyboard there is no letter X, Q or Y so i wanted to remap some of the Alt or Ctrl keys to be these letters. I downloaded some remapping software and changed the keys, but of course with the Keyboard langauge set to Latvian, where i have allotted the letter Q to, gets the character that is in the Q key position on the Latvian keyboard...how can i define these 3 letters so i can type a full alphabet..? its very frustrating..!
