I can't access to my old post (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=5212227#post5212227) so i write a new one.
I rewrite my script to edit and auto-update Xfce menu, now it work much better .

Changelog :
- Remove errors of Sed ( i'm not expert with it )
- Rewrite of the script ( much simpler and cleaner ).
- When menu is modified with this script, save old menu in ~/.config/xfce4/desktop/menu.original.xml .
- Add categories if they doesn't exit.
- Remove categories if there is no program in it.
