I have checked the bios... I dont know why ubuntu doesnt load automatically.
I have to strike F1 for it to retry boot... then it works without a charm

Is there any way to fix this issue?

Try disabling your 1.44 floppy drive in your BIOS settings and set the drive where you're Ubuntu is installed to primary boot device.
