Panel launcher blank upon reboot

I seem to be experiencing an odd isuue whereby a launcher I have made for photoshop through wine blanks it's-self upon rebooting my computer, I put all the correct settings back in yet every time my computer boots up the launcher has blank properties.

Any ideas as to how I can solve this? I am running Hardy Heron AMD64 if this makes any odds.

I have fixed it by deleting the launcher in question and creating a new one, bit of a cop out but don't have the time to play with it right now.

Sorry if this disgruntles anybody.
