Hi all,

I have install Mozilla Thunderbird 2.x. Anyone can tell me how to minimize the Thunderbird to tray. I have tries some solutions.

- MinimizeToTray add on: It works correctly on windows, but not on linux.
- FireTray: It can work on Ubuntu, but it is a firefox add on.
- Kdocker: I am expecting a read gnome application, running kde-based app on gnome may spend more resource.

What I need is some add-ons like MinimizeToTray or FireTray, but it should work on Thunderbird & Ubuntu gnome.

Thanks,
Jacob

Here is a MUCH better addon. With this you can choose to close thunderbird to tray and have it start up minized as well.
