It looks like you have changed to tty1, which is normally reached by Ctrl+Alt+F1. When it happens, try pressing Ctrl+Alt+F7 to get back.

You can upload pictures as attachments. If you use the standard editor, look for the paper clip icon and click on it.

hi, thanks for your reply.

Yes, I try to use ctrl+alt+f7, like i use ctrl+alt+f1 and switch back to the screen, but for this strange case, it is useless,

is this a bug for ubuntu? or any other solutions?

Look in your keybinding preferences: somewhere around System-> Preferences -> Keyboard preferences. Maybe ctrl-alt-D has been changed to some other action somehow.

Try assigning the same action to some other key combination.

checked, no problem, it is not for other use

Hi, I have seen this issue before. Do you have compiz or any 3-D graphics turned on? if so try turning them off and try to repeat the issue. When I was attempting to trouble shoot the issue for myself, it turned out to be the compiz effects.
