Favorite Instant Messenger?

Hey guys! Just a quick thread asking what instant messengers people are using, I have used quite a few and have eventually settled with Mercury, If your instant messenger isn't on the poll then please post a reply about it :D

Kopete FTW! It's a KDE app so of course it's good :D Pidgin is good too though, I use it on my laptop (too slow for KDE stuff :-P) and in Windows.

Adium cause it's more customizable then pidgin... Strange considering the fact that it's usually the oppsite when it comes to osx/linux apps. However I voted pidgin because it'my favorite in Ubuntu and Adium uses libpurple just like Pidgin.

Pidgin. But also use Empathy for voice calls, lacks features but does the job. A good feature they are working on is support for Adium themes

I dont think I have a favorite anymore. I used gaim on slack and it was tolerable. I used Kopete on fedora and slack and ubuntu and it worked until it locked up. I think they are all a little odd, then again I got an older box too.
