partition help

hey guys in installing kubuntu 8.04 and i can't do the partition stage i've got a 120gb hdd andvwant to dual boot i've already got windows on now but i want 60gb each way and wen i click guided it says size too small can someone please help or tell me how to do it manually cheers your input will be muchly h3lpful lol

Hi. Choose guided, then resize the existing partition to reduce its size by around 10-20GB. Make sure you have this much free space on the existing partition.

Alternately o the live cd you can manually resize the partition and then use 'existing free space" in the guided part of the installer.
