ubuntu and xp

hi i just installed ubuntu on this machine but everytime i load windows it overwhright the mbr so i have to manually go remake linux partition the active one

i flag linux /boot and remove the flag off windows yet everyimes if i reboot on windows it puts back the flag

can sum1 hlp me plz


ALSO i want to install xp on my hp pavillon dv 9600 where theres ubuntu and vista already how do i do it keeping grub in controll

Download Super GRUB Disk (http://www.supergrubdisk.org/).

After installing XP, use the Super GRUB Disk to fix the situation.
