Hi!
I was just wondering how can you get a package to be available on the multiverse repositories
In particular, I'm thinking on packaging IRAF, a progam used to proccess data in astronomy. I really think it would help a lot of people if they could just do:
sudo apt-get install iraf
to install this thing...
My idea is to set the package as a simple script, that when installed downloads the files neccesary and install the whole thing. I don't expect some good soul to do this work for me, but I would be willing to do it if I found out how,
Does anyone here knows the steps one has to do to make this happen???
