So I was looking at their cheapest model that has that 4 GB solid state drive in it... is that really enough space to do much of anything with?

Other than that, this thing looks pretty sweet and I hope I get one for Christmas (hopefully one with a slightly larger hard drive).

I'm not getting one, instead I'm saving up for an EEE PC 901. The Dell Minis don't get very good battery life from what I hear, and the EEE PC comes with a bigger drive.

well, the os (ubuntu) is very striped down, and only takes up 1.5 GBs.

It is a netbook mostly, so yes.

I plan on getting one (or a future model) too.
