Install, error, BusyBox, v1.1.3

As a windows hater, I would love to get this wubi installer to work on my machine. Hp pavillion ze4600 w/ amd 2500m chipset and win xp home.

After wubi download and reboot, I sellect Ubuntu on the boot menu. 30 secs later I get the following error:

BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-5 ubuntu 12) Built-in shell (ash) enter 'help' for list of commands.

followed buy 160.920605 ACPI timeout command 128
