Hello,
Please let me know if this has been addressed and I'll move it.
Currently, I have 2 1G sticks of RAM in my machine and I tried upgrading to 2 2G sticks and Ubuntu gave the following error when booting:
"Fixing recursive fault error ... reboot needed."
I tried rebooting and ended up with the same error.
The version of Ubuntu I installed is 8.04 (Hardy) from the amd 64 iso.
Also, I have a dual boot configuration (with Windows XP Pro).
Any ideas why I would be seeing this?
Thanks in advance.
