[SOLVED] Installation ( Noob)

Guys , i´m new at this kind of stuff and i would like to install ubuntu , i already download the lastest version ubuntu-8.04.1-alternate-i386 but now ...

I burn it to a new cd right !?
i restart my computer and now i don´t know how to install it without erase windows vista !!

Can anyone .. PLZ help me !?

Allocate free space for Ubuntu with the Vista partitioner first.
