I am trying to run Ubuntu via Sun xVM Virtualbox on my Macbook. I downloaded the .iso file from the Ubuntu website and now have it on my desktop. During the Virtualbox Wizard, I selected the .iso file to run from. But, when I boot up the virtual machine, it never loads and freezes my Macbook. What am I doing wrong? Here is the picture of the .iso on my desktop:

And here's a picture of my settings with the .iso selected:

Here is a picture of what the VM looks like: http://img159.imageshack.us/img159/4673/picture1mf1.png
It never moves from this screen. It just stays there and even after leaving it to load for a few minutes, it doesn't move. What am I doing wrong? How can I get it to actually load and install? Did I setup the .iso correctly? Is that what I'm supposed to boot from? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated?
Thanks in advance guys,
