hey- I want to put ubuntu on some of my old mac's because the os on them is to old to support todays features without some serious computer skills and time, both i dont have. anyway i have ubuntu kubuntu and edububtu and all of them dont work on it, do i need to download a special ubuntu or another form of linux? u can contact me at any time with terryk_tv@hotmail.com or add me on msn. the macs work well and have what i believe to be over a 3gb hdd. some with older 500mb hard drives. remember they are old. (yes they do have network cards and are able to use the internet. ) just without the right java scripts and old internet and opera that cant be upgraded.
