Never heard of it but it looks like an online version of KeePass (http://www.keepassx.org/)

I would probably prefer to have something like that on my computer and not stored online.

I highly recommend Keepass and it's cross platform which is good.

Yea I used to use Keepass but I've started using this and having it accessible anywhere is very handy.

They also have a community edition that you can run on your own server.
