Installing Dapper Software on Hardy

hello. i'm having a problem installing a dapper application on hardy. it's called odontolinux. when installing in the gdebi package installer it shows that it has dependencies to php4, but in the synaptic package manager there's php5 so i installed it but it didn't work. anyone knows what to do? thx

I always suggest you to get the packages of the version itself. I havnt ever succeeded except a few times in running one version of software on another.
