dual boot W/ media direct button

i wanted to use the media direct button on my dell inspiron e1505 to boot into windows xp, while the main power button boots into ubuntu, thus skipping the grub boot screen alltogether =P. does anyone have any idea on how this would be done and if so, can you point me in the right direction?
