ATI AIW 9600 cable TV?

I was wondering whether it's possible to watch Cable TV through an ATI All In Wonder 9600 video card. If so, which driver/modules do I need (currently using the fglrx driver)? and, What's the best application for watching TV in Linux?

I'm trying to install gatos, like you said, but when trying I get this error:

cupsys: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 127

How do I get around this?
