I'm setting up a Squid proxy on an Ubuntu Server 8.04 box, but have run into a little trouble. Clients can all access the squid box, but all requests time-out. I believe this is because all web access has to go through our ISP's proxy server (off-site). The question is, how do I tell Squid to send it's request by another proxy server?
