After many months of development since the last version, I'm proud to release the new PHPwnage 1.8:

Release Announcement (http://phpwnage.com/article.php?id=3)

PHPwnage is a completely open-source forum, news site, image gallery, calendar, and more. It's pretty much the one thing I've been working on for the past few months, and it's undergone a massive overhaul from previous release.

PHPwnage is powered by PHP 5 and MySQL and offers a light but powerful and easy to install and use forum and news site.

PHPwnage is expandable with a fairly complete theming system (though we only have three real themes and a single [Tango] icon set), and all embedded text can be translated (though, honestly, I only have an English translation table, we need help in this area!).

Development is on Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/phpwnage), and we're open to any help. We have a brand new (just registered the domain last night) site at PHPwnage.com (http://phpwnage.com) where discussion, support, and content posting will happen.

Again, any and all help is appreciated as we started to push towards are next milestone - 1.9.

It's back up and I've replaced all my uploaded archives with an important bug fix.

Please don't bump more than once every 24 hours. ( Ironically this will serve as a bump :p )
