I don't think so as its only made for mobile devices, NOT computers.;)

i don't see way not. ubuntu mobile is not for iphone like devices but for Mobile Internet Devices and those are full fledged computers so i don't see way he couldn't install it.

The ultimate question is, why would you want to install Ubuntu Mobile on your computer?
