Hi,
Trying to get Ubuntu on my new system only it will not run in my dvdrw [sata] checked live cd on my laptop works fine but Desktop it drops out as it cannot find iso image
Even tried on usbstick same problem
Been searching for a solution but can find same problem but no answer seems odd to me that the one number linux distribution does not seem to support sata dvd drive installation
Most modern pcs now come with sata drives so should not be a big problem to fix, maybe there is a cheat option I have missed just do not know
May have to dig out a ide cdrom drive from my parts box :)
