So Wine never did help me in this case, but I used CrossOver 7 by Codeweavers.
Foobar installed without problem.

The only thing is, I can't double click the audio files to put them in Foobar.

Like, this is what I'll get from Foobar:

"unknown commandline parameter: /media/Backup/Converted Music/Andre Nickatina/Bullet Symphony/Andre Nickatina - Bullet Symphony_ Horns And Halos #3/02 Ate Miles From The City Of Dope.mp3"

Any recommendations?
I'm sort of fine with the way it is, I just go through a lot of music, and it would be nice to double click the files.
Everything else works. Minimizing to tray, DSPs, visualizations...bla bla.

Essentially the basic question is, I would like to edit the context menu to include the ability to open from Foobar. Here's another error for example:

"Text ended before matching quote was found for '. (The text was ''/home/ajzimmerman/.cxoffice/Unsupported/drive_c/Program')"

This is when I right click, open with other application, and select Foobar. I believe the problem may be the long filename?

I'm running x64 Hardy Heron 8.04
