Flash, swf not autoplaying Firefox 3

Is there something in the addon pack that works like an ad blocker any ad with flash or anything like youtube shows up as a giant silver play button in Firefox 3.01 I would rather have the flash just play. It plays fine but I have to click on each silver play button to display properly. I have not added any extensions other than numbered tabs or ie tab I think.

It seems that the flash thingie has not yet been sorted out, i hope the others agree with me, but i am sure about that, i find it irritating too.

Try uninstalling the ad blocker, Based on my previous experience, the flash plugin, which can be installed end up showing media at choppy frame rates.

But i guess the guys at Macromedia and/or adobe should resolve it, in a short time.
