i have a dell dimension 2350
details include

intel extreme graphics card 8350 something something
intel celeron 1.80ghz i want to clock this to 2.10ghz will this be safe without a new cooling system
anyway
ram ddr 512mb 442
and hd is
80gb 8000rpm

i am looking for tutorials but im getting a new computer soon im going to customize it heaps and then im getting a macbook g4

but my question is it safe on this machine to oc the cpu

I wouldn't OC a standard Dell, the PSU's that Dell use are not the best, nor is the cooling likely to cope.
You're not going to see much of a performance boost in any case.
If it was my PC I wouldn't bother.
