Yes, but which came first? The photo with the grass on the rock, or the plain rock? I think that one was maybe taken a bit lower than the other. Unfortunately, because the one with the white llama was taken with a telephoto, it is very difficult to get a real comparison. In any case, they were taken from the same hillside for sure. Why are you curious?

not quite the same place. the rock is to the right and a bit higher i think. also slightly round a corner but you cant really tell. you can probably see it on google earth. there are stepped platforms all over that part as you can see here (http://bp0.blogger.com/_gldAXkwq4D4/RvAqeOv2bAI/AAAAAAAAAIM/nNKazXnKltw/s1600-h/100_1125.JPG) (taken from the big pointy bit in the background of the grass llama photo you posted)
i went there as part of my south american adventure last year. amazing place although expensive to get to by regular means.

As far as using Llama for 10.04, Both words should start with Ll. Even if the adjective doesn't normally start with one.
