Thought I'd post and say hello to everyone. I've been using Ubuntu for a few weeks now and decided it was about time I got on the boards and started to contribute. Myself, I've been playing around with linux since about '96. I like experimenting with different operating systems so I've been through quite a few different distos and a variety of BSD, etc. I installed Ubuntu on my mini mac as other than Fedora it’s the only distro that will install correctly. Debian wouldn’t start X even after tweaking it on my mini or my athlon desktop. Why? I don’t know. X would drop saying it didn’t detect any monitor despite being properly configured and previously working in Gentoo, Fedora, etc. I’m getting off topic here so I’ll just end it and say hello… Hello

Creepy? Lol, I'm a US submariner. Take 160 very intellegent guys and confine them in a 365ft long submarine for extended periods of time. They get bored, they get creative, that gets creepy.
