I downloaded j2ee from the sun site.
Then I entered this command:
david@Magnus:~/Desktop$ sudo chmod +x java_ee_sdk-5_05-linux.bin
Then I did this and got the following response:
david@Magnus:~/Desktop$ sudo ./java_ee*
./java_ee_sdk-5_05-linux.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Have I done something wrong?
Is this the correct command to execute the installer?
What's going on with this libstdc++.so.5?
This is the first task I have attempted since I installed Ubuntu.
thanks
