Uninstall help

I made the mistake of installing sun xVM virtual box
And it SUCKS! I can't even install win98se on it!

anyway I need help uninstalling it its not in the add/remove apps and its not in synaptic what do i do!

How did you install the application, have you checked theres no uninstall script in the programs location

I downloaded it from sun it was installed in a .deb file
