I have an idea but i am not sure how hard it would be to accomplish. What if there was an instant messenger on the forums kinda like what dell does for their customer support. have a page, fill out questions about your problem and then get connected to someone that knows how to help. People who are willing to help could fill out a list of what they can help people with. that way it is more efficient. If a new/good question gets asked it can then turn into a post on the forum where everyone can talk about it.
