ok, i'm trying to in stall a distro but cant figure out the best one for my system: OS Name Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition

Well, ubuntu requires 4GB of HDD (swap included). (wow, so much :o )
Windows XP requires 1.5GB.
Windows 98 requires from 165 MB to 355 MB (depending on config).
