French ubuntu forum ?

Could you tell me where i can find an ubuntu forum in French ?
The one I used is now out of order several hours every day with different alarm messages :

I think this is the only one and yes, they've been having a lot of server issues. It's not that good anyway, there's not many nice people there, and most of us left (baps was a moderator there before being one here).

That's right "the best of us have already left this site".
But now I think we have to do more !
When it works it's the quickest answering forum and we should unite together to make a new (if necessary) ubuntu forum.
A lot of friends would change, but at the moment we have no alternative.
If it's a question of lack of money, I am ready to provide my share in order to have an operative forum.

This cannot go on and on. That is a very bad publicity for Ubuntu :(

We should also think about all the ubunteros who cannot understand English
