Hello,

I recently installed Ubuntu 8.04 on my desktop. Here are specs:

Chaintech VNF-4 Mainboard
2GB DDR400 RAM
AMD Athlon X2 4200+
Some hard drives and DVD drives and such ;)
nVidia eVGA GeForce 8600GTS
Sound Blaster XFi (running using OSS)

I'm running WUBI Hardy 8.04 x86_64, kernal 2.6.24-19-generic, Vista is the "host" OS. I have all the latest updates installed.

I do not have ANY suspend button present on the log out menu. I have followed all of the advice here (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/NvidiaLaptopBinaryDriverSuspend) and here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=602806) and lastly here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=321532).

I've had no problems suspending from XP or Vista. I *think* it also worked when I first installed Ubuntu, but it may have been my laptop.

Thoughts?
Thanks,
Brian
