Hi there,

I am looking for A tiny tool which let me know the RGB of any point in picture.
I remember that there was something in windows which let you know the RGB of any point that you move your mouse on the desktop or on a running application ...,

I need the same application, although it will be ok it it just works with image files (jpg,...)

Thanks

Just for future reference, that's called a color picker

The color chooser dialogs in GIMP have an eyedropper which permits you to grab the color of any point on your screen.

Also, KDE's Kruler will indicate the color under the cursor.

Don't forget Agave -- another very nice and lightweight all-purpose color application.
