Can somebody kindly help me? I installed emusic download manager by using wget to download the tar.gz file and followed the instruction. The software installed satisfactorily, but now I can't start it again, as I can't find where the executable file is. It's buried somewhere. It isn't in my task manager, neither is there an icon on my desktop. I guess I have to configure this somehow, but don't know how. Can anyone advise?
Many thanks
Dave

What I meant was: where is it on my PC?

You could also check /usr/bin as this is where most files are installed, also check /usr/local/bin as this is where no standard files chould be installed. One last place to look is /opt as some software producers especially google and adobe like to install programs there.
