Hi!
I have a Google AppEngine account and the SDK and have run through the tutorials fine. I noticed that they step you through creating a login system but it uses Google Accounts. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a reasonably secure method for creating my own user accounts.
I can use the DataStore to save user accounts fine I guess but I am wondering how I can tell if a request for a page is from a certain user? I think cookies should be able to manage this but am not sure how to use them.
I also found:
http://gaeutilities.appspot.com/session
Which might help me... But would that be secure?
Thank you,
Lster
