Hey all,
I did make some search around forums, but didn't find anything. If it already exists, please refer me to there.
Some weird thing is happening here. I use panel bars as on Windows (both on bottom) and sometimes the one that was below the other, when I login is changed.
I show SS to explain better:

On the SS is as I use. But sometimes, when I logoff and back login, they change positions. So the one that is on top, be below the other.
It's random thing. Sometimes happen, sometimes doesn't... But mostly, it happens. And doesn't matter the "default" other that I use, they always switch.
Any ideas? This was reported already?
