GPL "translation"

I will translate GNU GPLv3 to Turkish. It wont be a real translation. I will try to translate as well as i can but it wont include complicated terms. My aim is not to give a official license, to present an explanation of GPL.
How must be its format?
The concept in my mind is like this:
