OK, I have Hardy on an external (usb) drive, and now want to move it to my main, internal HDD (not sure which one to wipe - XP or Vista ;)), how would I set about it, because linux is free and doesn't need a licence etc. would a simple drag and drop of the file system do the trick, also, would any modifications need to be done to the mbr because of clashes with GRUB/Windows Bootloader?

I have a program which allows me to make a live CD/DVD of my filesystem with my settings etc, which would be perfect, except the program can't do the live disc because it won't fit on DVD.

The the main question, how would I/is it possible to move my system from the external drive to the internal HDD?

Thanks in advance,
Connor.
