I deleted the major kde panel

So, you know that bottom panel on KDE 4.1? I deleted it, and I'd like to get it back. You guys have any idea how? Right now I'm using the kicker, which (I think?) is the old panel from kde 3.5. I'm not sure.

i had a similar problem too. i don't have access to my kubuntu machine now but i remember that you can click on the add widget icon on the top right and then add the taskbar or taskmanager widget again.

right click on desktop choose add panel. repopulate the panel with plasmoids witht he icon at the end of the panel
