[SOLVED] SCS15 (sda) & SCS16 (sdb)

I am about to install ubuntu 8.04 and I notice that the HDD are referred to as SCS15(sda) & SCS16 (sdb). Whilst I can make an assumption that the SCS15 refers to Primary Master and SCS16 refers to secondary slave how can I verify this before proceeding with installation. If I made the wrong choice it would create a serious problem for me. Both SATA drives are identical manufacture and size.
