I sent an email off the other day to my ISP, and they are www.tpg.com.au (http://www.tpg.com.au)

they replied after a few days and said they would pass the idea along as they are looking for ways to improve their service

if there is anyone else out there on TPG in australia, please send TPG an email and request a mirror service for ubuntu as well

a handy link to provied in your email is tihs

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/mirror

it tells the isp how its done

Moved to Community Cafe.

I like this idea, I hope they decide to go ahead with it!
