Updates for Multiple PCs?

I have installed Ubuntu 8.04 and managed to apply all the updates which is appx. 250 MB (with a slower internet connection). Now I want to apply the updates to another PC. How to do it without connecting internet?

You could use aptoncd (http://aptoncd.sourceforge.net/) as one option.
